thanks alastair for another fine job in getting out our message. With the Rockside Pioneers of Caledon/Erin/Fallbrook, the Bon Accord settlement in Elora(Aberdeen) and the Ballinafad pioneers,we have now traced the migration of 3 communities from the homeland. They are just a few of the thousands of similar community histories as the Celts, and other ethnic groups fled their homelands in search of a better life. This is the Canadian fabric. We must remember that reality as our actual government pushes to radically curb immigration. Under todays economic criteria, most of our ancestors would have not been permitted entry to our country.food for thought.
