And to honour it, take a few moments to look back at the roots of Canada, formed in peaceful debate, discussion and dreams . . . shepherded by Victoria the Queen whose imprint still can still be seen in our Constitution and in her respect for all who live here, whether their ancestors came thousands of years ago or they landed in Pearson today. Celebrate Victoria’s foresight, compassion and her commitment to creating a just future for all.
