Greetings . . .
When next we meet, Autumn will be here and that is the entrée to snow and shoveling and skiing, roaring fireplaces and, for some, trips to warmer climes.
But for now, we bask in the glorious changing hues of the trees and gardens around us, the relief from sizzling heat and savour the fresh produce gracing our tables and the canning and blanching to stuff our freezers and pantry with goodies for the months ahead.
As the nights lengthen, we have lots of time to look back at so much as we plan for all the delights that lie ahead in the gifts of God.
