We are winding down on the outside work, at last.
The side of the house is painted and looks great, also the back side.

Old appliances carried off make that area look like a new space with flower beds instead, where they were. Four, new Star Jasmine vines are growing on the fence and
we will see if they winter over. Still to do is a widening of the walk way up to the house in hope that someone in the family, someday, will use it for a wedding march.

The berm in front where the junipers were is doing wonderfully. Canna Lillies, four new rose bushes, Marigolds and Elephant Ears wave their big leaves in the breezes on our hillside.

My x-son-in-law's over-sized tires he had stacked behind the house are gone. (Cheers). New plants, perenials are in that space, along with some Tomato vines across from where the tires were are on the fence.

Summer company and the new arrival in the family have not been able to make the trip here, yet. I need to
start working on the inside of the house. I can't wait to see the new baby. I know Rhonda will enjoy, too.

Still, I must find a home for the old piano, if possible or have someone carry it to the dump. The thing is out of tune, my daughter will not play it anymore and it really is just taking up space. All my grandchildren would rather play on the computer with face book than work at playing music. Oh well, another dream gone with the wind. So much for leaving a talented descendant to this wicked old world. A lot of the music now a days is not very comforting anyway, although this is not totally true. Michael Jackson's sad story in comparison lets me endure my own small disappointments. I know the agony of work on a talent in my own artwork and I don't really wish that on anyone. So many nights I worked all night long just to get out a piece for someone who wanted it by a certain date.

Must get going with the day. I surely appreciate your staying in there with me with your cheery notes. Believe me, there have been moments, when it seemed all I had were these notes of caring coming through this machine and that has been more than enough for me.
