    Here are pictures of the Chilocco reunion in our local Ponca paper. I didn't go. My life is tied up with trying to teach peaceful activities, which is true to our Ponca
    traditions. The ways are many and I just can't seem to get all that done.

    I was working on the names and must pick up on that again. Our family of the Little Cooks
    was OO Hah Zhinga. Zhinga is Little. My good friend
    Susan WhiteEagle passed. She could have told me. :'(.
    about the OO Hah. I'm sure it means more than just cook. These are the words of the early Anglo interpreters.

    Our tiny booth at Chilocco with handmade trappings was to educate my grandchildren about keeping hands busy with peaceful, practical arts and crafts, but only a couple of them seemed to get the idea.
