This is a video of the country side just a five minute drive from my home and it is where I was raised. The vast prairie lands are featured here and this is just an attempt to describe their beauty. Sunlight coming through thunder heads creating dappled patches of light green against the dark green shadows cannot even be portrayed.
In my bit of a cage here with such shrunken spaces I try to remember what it was like when I was a child running through these wild flowers of the meadow. It all seems so far away and almost as if that was another person.
