The Story of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police by Alan Phillips.
Having completed the Royal North West Mounted Police is was logical to then do the RCMP. There is another account i've found on the RNWMP which is about a policeman's account of his life in the force which I am going to do next and in many ways I hope this will all give you a good account of the Police in Canada.
