Blue Lobster

Hey all,
Saw this on the Internet. It is a rare Electric Blue Lobster that was caught in Nova Scotia. There are only 1 in about 2 million of them each year. The blue coloring is a result of a genetic defect. The guy will be auctioned off to the highest bidder but NOT so it can be eaten. I am assuming it is a male cause he is blue!! Nature is so amazing sometimes.

Take a look on Wikipedia for more on Lobsters and their colours.
I've only ever seen them in a shade of black - before they are cooked.
