Thanks Alastair, I worked for the Saskatchewan natural resources department in northern Saskatchewan during the 1970s and '80s, so there were many familiar places and species in the Buchanan account. I've passed the link on to others with an interest in the history of that area.

Your shared page is highly informative for me and insists me to see such a natural and cool place myself. Although I visited the Canada but can't see the wildlife of this region. I hope I would like to go there as soon as possible.
