I learned today that John Henderson died on the 4th of April as a result of a brain tumour. I send his family my deepest condolences.
As some of you may know John contributed a great deal to Electric Scotland through his Doric poems and also offering many historical books and articles. He also created our Songs section of the site.
I met him once at my home in Chatham where we spend a day together and had a great visit.
