Thanks for the post Sandy... I've just finished watching the service and was moved to tears a couple of times.

I did write a piece some years ago and got it published in the Scottish Review.

I have been a fan of Kenneth Roy for years and Wednesday mornings just aren't quite the same without his weekly "Review" columns, tho' Islay McLeod and Fiona are doing a credible job carrying on. The service was an absolutely spellbinding exercise in the beauty of language.
