Found this very interesting book which is A selection from the Sketches of Twym by A.S. Boyd. Added a link to it towards the foot of our Glasgow page.

It's probably my computer Alastair but I couldn't get the link to come up (the men & women one). I have no patience if a link takes more than 30 seconds. Is it a large file?

It was slow loading for me too - about a minute and a half, but worth the wait. File size is 19.5 MB.

It took 5 seconds for the 1st main page, then 8 to 10 seconds of other pages

I'd normally suggest that you right click on the link and then select to save the file as that seems to work better. I then load it direct into my adobe reader to read the book.
