trying to find info on Scottish clothing.

I have been interested in the Scottish Culture since i was 10 and I have searched the internet fore anything on our culture, but the closest thing i found wasn't much help. I was hoping i might get some help from you guys and galls. I am trying to find historic info on the garb and foot ware of the high lands of Scotland, the thing is i like the old clothing because it isn't like the clothes that are made today. I like the way it looks and from what my da had said if the old clothing is like the kilts i can stay worm in the winter and cool in the summer.
