Just by chance I found a recipe on YouTube on how to make sliced sausage and on it the person doing the video mentioned that he'd got the recipe from Electric Scotland and it was Elda's recipe he used.

I'm world famous!! He's making a hard job of it. All you have to do is put the mixture in a plastic bag then squeeze it all into a loaf tin. Partially freeze it, then slice it. Plus it's easier to mix if you put the liquid in first.
