Faster No Knead Bread

I've always liked the idea of making bread but confess I usually make a mess of it as it never seems to rise properly.

Anyway I just happened to spot this recipe on YouTube where the first recipe shows you how to make good crusty bread and then the follow up recipe shows you how to make rolls in very much the same way.
