  • TOP THREE VERY FAVORITE (favourite) COMEDIANS ON TV!!!

Being that I live in the USA, I felt that we should be represented in this area. What are my favorites? I have three, which came into my head last night while tossing & turning. (you know how difficult it can be to sleep when you're a "senior"!!!horrors!!) Okay, first of all, Tim Conway, because in his skits on Carol Burnett's show, he used to play that little old man, walking verrrry slowly across the stage. Also his skits with Carol, calling her Mrs Tuddball, and his skits with Harvey Korman, where they would all break up & laugh. I think I never laughed so hard, as at Tim. 2nd is Jonathan Winters, some of his stuff was hilarious, and he happened to be related to the Winters Bank family in Dayton, OH. 3rd is Red Skelton, not only just the Gertrude/Heathcliff bits, but also as someone else said, how he seemed so sweet, & sincere, very tender guy. Also because he couldn't help laughing himself during his own act. Please post your favorites??? Thanks, Joan

I think a few examples should be provided for viewers outside of the United States. Here is Tim Conway, telling an elephant story on the weekly comedy "Momma's Place."
