Hey to all...Just a friendly nursely reminder, it's time to get your flu injections now in October, to prevent that horrid flu.
I may not be "on the right track" for other countries, but we need them here in North America. I just went down to our Public Health office & got mine in my left shoulder. Although, I did get a slightly different one this year, can't remember the name of it, but it's stronger for senior citizens. Our Medicare program pays for "preventative" medicine, so all on Medicare should really get this jab.
