Being a diabetic I need to get this test done every 4 months or so. My problem is that where I need to go to get this done it's always over a 1 hour wait to get this done.
My local pharmacy had a special diabetic event and included was this test so I took advantage of it as I only needed to wait about 5 minutes to get it done.
As it happens this test can now be done by yourself... here is a demo of how it works...
I'm told that your test should aim for a result of 7.0 or less.
