Since it is now Rab's birthday, here is the haggis ceremony as it is performed at my local watering-hole in Palmerston North. (Although this ceremony was actually held last month.)
(The downside to this ceremony is that you only get a tiny token serving of haggis - you just have to make up for it when you get home!)
