Jim Robertson is a self taught amateur photographer living in Lossiemouth which is in Moray Scotland. He was presented in 2003 with the James Payton Memorial Medal by the Royal Meteorological Society (Scottish Centre) for what was judged to be the outstanding weather photograph of 2003. He has also provided images for publication by The Moray Council and various local and international websites.

Jim is a contributor to the "Open Source Photography Guides" project and is the author of "A Photographers Guide to Lossiemouth" which is designed as a guide for landscape photographers who wish to photograph seascapes / landscapes at Lossiemouth.
