A humorous pipe tune name

I was talking to a friend of mine today. We had not seen each other for a few months. In the interval he heard pipe tune that he was sure would interest me and it did.

Apparently some time ago a pipe major took his pipes in for a "tune up". When the pipemaker removed the instrument from its case he came across an item of clothing. This caused the tune "Sandy Campbell's Underpants" to be written~!!!:D:D:D:D
