Ranald, you did good on 1, 7, 8 & 10, but the others need more work or are only partials or possibilities. Some are really hard and I am glad you did so well on them.
I think your answer for #2 is as good as Doug's, but it's not Doug's. #4 is basically correct. #5 is so close but not complete (see Ricks answers above) and #12 is close. #11 is half right. I could see #12 as an alternate answer, maybe as good as Doug's.

Right on for #3 Rick, but #6 is a toughie. Your answer is a good stab at it. Your answer for #12 is right on Rick, sorry I missed it. #2 still needs some work.
