HI, Hugh...on a few of Ranald's tries, I have deviated....#3. "Not the last rites". #8. "forever & ever". #10 "Get up & fall down." He must have gotten the JUMP on me in this list!! Joan

After thinking about #10...It might possibly be "Fall down & get up!"
