I noticed recently that the entire Ecurie Ecosse vehicle fleet is going up for auction. This is the "team Scotland" that gave Jackie Stewart his start.
Also if I recall correctly Ranald has a connection, perhaps he is putting in a bid (around £5 million)~~

Yes Sandy, the cars and transporters have a value, but mechanics never did.....

Strange that the auction should be notified this week, as the Bo'ness hill climb is on this weekend.

It is 63 years since I was first there with David Murray and the ERA. That was prior to the formation of the Ecurie Ecosse

In fact I might be there on Sunday, as I know one of the competitors.

I also have two photos I took of David sitting in the ERA, waiting to move to the start line !!
