Enigma Machine

There seems to be a number of people that look at the Enigma Machine puzzles but do not attempt answers for whatever reason. So I thought it might be helpful to go to the explanation and guidelines written by Doug Ross himself which explains how they are created and it gives ideas on how to solve the puzzles. This can be found at the following website. Although it is not mentioned in the writeup, symbols might be used also for a sound-alike clue. There is an actual demonstration puzzle there for a better understanding.
