Hey all....just got on here & printed picture off. Here's my answers: #1 is "pork and beans", #2 is "knock on wood", #4 is "book before going", and #11 is "down yonder" #5 is "ready for more, more, more, and more", #6 is "Being under the eight ball". Those are ones I knew very quickly! Will work on others.
