As I've been incredibly busy, it's a wonder I got any of them! Leaving very early tomorrow AM. Vacation to Nova Scotia. I did work on #9, thought perhaps it has something to do with "the King James Bible". Just tossing that out for comment!? It's definitely a backwards KING. See y'all in September...Joan

Yes Joan it is definitely about a king in a book. This is one where the book title is important.

Hi Hugh - based on your clue, I'd suggest either "The gates of Hell" or "The Gateway to Hell" for #8. For #9, I believe there is a book called "The Return of the King" (Tolkien), someone else told me this, so I don't claim any credit if it's right but it seems to fit. I'll change my #11 to "The Four Agreements".

Hugh, if there was a clue in your answer to my post I'm guessing that "variety" or "different" could form part of the title, so what about "A Variety of Seasons" or "Seasonal Differences"? - John.
