Hi, fellas...I just got this, & here's my first try so far...#9 is "Forty niners", then #8 is "paper cut in two". Haven't perused the rest enough yet.

Hi again Hugh and the others - just putting a few of my thoughts about this one: #2: "Doctor Dolittle", #3: "A hole in my underwear", #4: "I'm lacking in faith", #6: "The whole nine yards", #7: "Long time no see" and #12: "Ice cube".
Just for clarification, Hugh, is the last letter in #10 an "r"?

Well done again John. Your #4 is not the answer I have but I like it as an alternate. So that leaves #1, #4 & #10. Yes John the last letter in #10 is an "r".
