HI, guys...I just printed this off. #1 is "high tide", #2 is "wish upon a star", #4 is "mile high", #5 is "apple pie" #7 is "ironsides", #9 is "one small step for man, giant leap for all mankind", #10 is "salt in sea, or ocean", #12 is "booby trap". Thanks, Joan

Hi again to all - I'd go along with Rick on #3, #8 and #11, and would suggest "Fourth dimension" for #6.
(And perhaps #10 could be "Salt of the Earth".)
