HI, all! We're in middle of snow storm. However, here's my answers on the above. #1 is"up town", #3 is Think outside the box", #4 is "caught with my pants down", #5 is "Blue jeans", #11 is "in my mind's eye", & I'd also marked #7 & #10 as same as Ranald.

I'm with Ranald (who must have taken my medical advice for a good recovery!) and Joan (who can have the snow, we've got enough here already!) on all except #1, which I think is "Man About Town". I'll also try #2 - "Backstroke" and #8 - "Turn the Other Cheek".
