Saturday the 21st of May 2011 was the inauguration of the Chief of the Wood Family in Largo Scotland.
The Honourable Timothy Fawcett Wood received his coat of arms awarded by the Lord Lyon's Court, his Badge and Flag. There was a nice luncheon and gathering at Largo.
After the award ceremony, we all travelled to the ancient ruins of Wood. The Lindsey Piper wrote two marches on behalf of the Woods and played his marches at the luncheon ceremony then the piper blessed the lands of Wood.
