I don't think I'd have the energy for all the campaigning Rick.
I guess I just have some ideas and by posting them up hoping my ideas strike a chord with folk and someone might take them forward.
It's just that every department needs more money but at the end of the day there is only so much to go around. That means we need to think out of the box and find ways to not spend more by doing something differently.

Pity, I guess I'll have to settle for second best candidates! I particularly liked your observations on education and university faculties which apply pretty much equally here. The stupidity of teacher/faculty unions is a good part of the problem. Thanks again!Comment
