I am sincerely saddened by the news that Kenneth Roy is terminally ill and has handed over the reins of the Scottish Review. I have subscribed to his weekly newsletter for years and have both his books. Good luck to Islay McLeod in keeping the Review alive and up to the brilliant standard of analysis and advocacy that he championed.

I had never heard of Kenneth Roy or the Scottish Review before reading this thread and I gladly thank for the post. The man is very well thought of and his followers have created a wonderful array of tributes.....I will be looking for some back issues.Comment
